Mentoring

TEACHERS, SUPPORT STAFF & ADMINISTRATORS

While working with children can be quite comical, enjoyable and endearing, it is also tiring, and often challenging.  Even on our best days, we can lack the ability to look “outside the box”, think of clever ideas or ways to support ourselves, and the people around us.  We often default to what is easy and what “makes sense” instead of realizing what is possible.  Opportunities can be difficult to see, if you are not looking for them. And, there are so many!

Oftentimes, having an outside perspective is all you need to find solutions and see opportunities.  Working together through conversation, reflection and observation (when possible) Sarah will help support you in your growth, providing space for you to share scenarios, challenges, and successes to improve and enhance your practice in the classroom, the office, or in your learning space. Creating a space to learn and grow together is the ultimate and exciting goal!
